Not Drug Related, But Still A Story

In the last store I worked at a couple of years ago, something strange began to happen. Shopping carts started to disappear one by one. At first the store figured it was due to an increase in the transient population in the area, but suddenly it seemed hundreds of carts were missing. In fact, one day it was noted that there were only 19 or 20 shopping carts available in the entire store! What happened? Let's see if you are a good detective. A Latin market opened up down the street that same month, and they had quite an impressive supply of freshly painted shopping carts, similar in size to the ones that we used to have at our store. Hmmm. I'll bet you that market didn't plan on the FBI showing up, or else they wouldn't have carried out their "clever" little plan.
